UPDATES
Over the past few months, there have been a few changes with the closing of Tallulah Yoga and Wellness. While it was open, we offered a place of serenity and self-discovery. The space was dedicated to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all individuals interested in the practice of yoga.
Now that the studio is closed, we want to offer that same experience with online classes for all levels. In the near future, there will be a variety of classes to choose from just like when the studio was open. We will also have a variety of times for the classes. Incase you can't quite practice for 1 hour, maybe you would choose a 20 minute class.
So, if you were wanting to try yoga, but didn't feel comfortable coming to a studio, now you can practice from your home. Join us and become a part of our thriving community as we embark on a path to holistic wellness.

I began my yoga journey over 10 years ago. Once I started, I never looked back. I've always enjoyed how I felt while practicing yoga. Knowing that I took time for myself was always a great feeling. After practicing for many years, I decided to get my certification. I've always had a passion for helping others, so opening up Tallulah Yoga and Wellness has been a top priority for many years. I wanted to create a space where everyone can find a sense of calmness and time for themselves.
